Refurb World's mission is to provide high quality low-cost Field Replaceable Units (FRU's) or service parts for the electronic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) industry. This non-contracted supply of parts may be sold as Refurbished, Recertified or as Non-Tested units.. Additionally, Refurb World provides high-tech repair and recertification of parts to the OEM's specification as a primary vendor. These contracted parts are guaranteed by Refurb World for quantity of supply, quality of recertification and packaging, fixed prices and short lead time, sold only to the OEM and/or their approved vendors.
Refurb World provides Refurbished, Recertified whole units or parts by disassembly of new/used electronic equipment, including but not limited to, printers, notebooks, servers, networking devices and storage equipment. Our staff also provides professional engineering support to create recertification/refurbishment procedures. Plan and procure whole units for parts demands, provide quality testing and customize packaging and shipping of finished goods.
Refurb World partners with major OEM's in developing and executing test procedures for recertification & refurbishment of parts and products to the OEM's requirements, this includes engineering revision updates, firmware upgrades and packaging requirements. Our relationship with the OEM is a partnership where they provide our engineering staff with their specifications that qualifies the part as a "recertified part or product".
Refurb World procures electronic whole units obtained through multiple sources, including but not limited to, OEM's Channel Returns, lease returns, trade-in programs, repair providers, recyclers and clearing house vendors. Procurement of discounted bulk lot purchases allows Refurb World to offer low cost, high volume of whole units and parts to multiple customers and ability to quickly fulfill current and future demands.
